The service we propose is to market your available property on our Spareroom, Zoopla, Rightmove, Facebook Group, and private social platforms. We also arrange the viewing and rent the place for you. 

This service offers either a ‘Letting Only’ or ‘Full Management’ service. Both of which can be tailored to suit your requirements.

We realise that our landlords demand a high level of knowledge and expertise from their selected agents. This may include guidance with legal and tax issues, or just simply down to the colour of the decor.

We can offer such guidance. 

Once you have decided to ‘let’ your property, we will find the right tenant for you.

We even use statistical feedback and our website to ensure your home is correctly positioned in the marketplace to ensure for a ‘let’, in the quickest possible time.

You will be kept updated via email and telephone as soon as a new property fitting your requirements comes on the market. Once you have decided on a property, our fully trained staff will negotiate between you and the landlord to agree on an acceptable rental figure and terms. As soon as this has been agreed upon with you, we will begin reference checks.

We offer physical or video consultations from the property of your choice. You can preview full details online, and viewings can be arranged at a time and date suitable for you including late evenings and weekends.

If you are not in London, do not worry. The whole procedure of booking accommodation can be done remotely.
